Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Emergency Pest Control Inc. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are available up until the first inspection and scheduled treatment. If you wish to cancel your plan before these services are performed, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Once services from one of the quarterly visits, the initial inspection, or an emergency visit are performed, refunds are no longer available for the remainder of the annual plan. This is because our services include detailed inspections and treatments completed during each visit.

Upgrading Your Plan

If you have had services rendered (initial inspection, quarterly visit, or emergency visit) and wish to upgrade to a higher plan, you may do so. We will issue a refund for the remaining portion of your current plan, and you can then purchase the higher subscription plan.

   • The date of purchase
   • The reason for the refund request

Processing Refunds

Upon receiving your request, we will review the details and notify you of the status of your refund. If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

Exceptions

• No refunds will be issued after services from the initial inspection, any quarterly visits, or emergency visits have been performed.
• Refunds are not available for any additional services that have already been completed.
